User Agreement

General Provisions

1.1. This agreement governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and the account store (hereinafter referred to as "Store") regarding the purchase and use of accounts provided by the Store.

1.2. By purchasing accounts, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.

Store's Responsibility

2.1. The Store is not responsible for account bans, access restrictions, or any other sanctions applied to the accounts after their sale, if such issues arise due to the Client's actions, including but not limited to the use of improper proxy servers, VPNs, anonymous browsers, or logging into multiple accounts from a single device.

2.2. The Store does not provide guarantees for accounts after they have been used by the Client. Any issues with the accounts after the purchase are considered the responsibility of the Client.

2.3. The Store is not responsible for any software-related issues, including the use of Dolphin or other specialized programs, when uploading accounts.

2.4. All accounts sold by the Store are legal and not hacked. The accounts are obtained and provided by the Store through legal methods.

Account Usage

3.1. All accounts sold by the Store are intended for use with high-quality IPv4 proxies, individual devices, and secure browsers.

3.2. The Client agrees to use the accounts only within the boundaries of the law and not to use them for actions that violate the rights of other users or legal entities.

3.3. The Client acknowledges that if the account usage rules are violated, the Store will not compensate for any damage and will not issue refunds.

Refunds and Replacements

4.1. The Store does not issue refunds for accounts that have been used or banned due to the Client's fault.

4.2. Accounts can only be replaced if they are non-functional due to the Store's fault.

4.3. Claims are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the account usage rules are followed.

4.4. Claims for accounts will only be accepted if there is a video recording that confirms the purchase and the authorization process. If no video is provided, the Store reserves the right to refuse a refund or account replacement.

Limitations

5.1. The Store is not responsible for issues arising from the use of accounts with illegal proxies, VPNs, or automation programs that may lead to account bans.

5.2. The Store does not support or provide consultations regarding spam, advertising, or any illegal activities with the accounts.

Other Terms

6.1. The Client confirms that they have read the Store’s rules and accept all the terms stated in the agreement before making a purchase.

6.2. In case of a violation of the agreement's terms, the Store reserves the right to block the Client’s access to the service and refuse a refund.

6.3. The Store is not responsible for the loss of data related to accounts and does not store such data after the transaction is completed.

Changes to the Terms

7.1. The Store reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time, and the new terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
